Relationship Breakups - Unspoken Communication

Written by  | 2nd November 2017

All of us communicate telepathically sometimes and some of us are very aware of this communication and some of us aren’t. It is similar to conscious versus unconscious thoughts and intentions.  When we are in relationships and become close to others, whether it be romantic, family or friendships we become closer to these people then we are to mere acquaintances.  The closer we become, the more sensitive we are to other’s needs and wants, to the point of reading what they are thinking at times and they read us as well.  Just because we break up or part ways, it doesn’t mean that this connection just ends.  It can be quite the opposite and that is when we really experience a hard time letting go.

Letting go of a relationship isn’t always clear cut or easy because all of us connect to others on varying levels.  So, often when we are away from a loved one or not speaking, we are still connecting or communication is still flowing.  You might say, I can’t stop thinking about him and can’t explain it, but most of the time he is thinking about you too.  The connection is mutual.  The actual mundane break up is separate from the psychic or unconscious mind and so we still have communication flowing on a separate level.  A great example of this kind of communication is when you are thinking about someone and then they call out of the blue, or you run into them.  This is communication on an unspoken level.

It is hard to completely block someone when there are strong feelings that have existed in the relationship and sometimes it just takes letting new connections in and letting the past relationship resolve itself because when we try to force ourselves to block others or let go, we create blocks to letting go and this also creates unnecessary stress in the process.  It is best to try to accept the communication when it comes to you and continue developing other connections along the way.

A spiritual teacher once told me that if you break up with someone or disconnect from them and they keep coming back, more than twice, there is something you are supposed to learn or take away from the situation that has yet to be resolved.  This could be that this person is supposed to be in your life on a different level or a lesson still has to be learned.  That is why when let communication flow and don’t stress over the whatifs we can live a more peaceful open life which brings us all that we are supposed to have.
