You need to be the one that's running the show, and you need the flexibility to cooperate while imposing your will in certain situations. As long as you are able to combine the vitality and strength of achieving your goal and do so in your own enterprising way with the freedom to make the choices necessary about the twists and turns of life, your working environment will be very satisfactory.
