It may appear you have no time for yourself but this is usually self limitations that you have created. What is needed here is for you to pick your way through the muddles and misunderstandings. You need to trust your instincts and your intuition and you need to make the most of your imagination. You will find that you are very creative and perhaps you may develop talents and skills that you never appreciated that you had. Try not to allude or deceive yourself. Think twice before you connect with any further burdens of work. You need now to relax and you will find it most relaxing and calming to be near water, especially if it's the sea for this will soothe and relax you. Get back in touch with the simple, humble things of life that will cause you to be able to unravel your thoughts and think about what you truly want and to possibly realise some changes may be called for. Everything of course has a sell by date and a shelf life, maybe you need to look at your life and sort out what's no longer valid or viable so that you feel that you've spring cleaned the old, making way for the present and the new.
