You are good at what you do and everyone has feelings like that from time to time. In order to get back into balance you would need to go out into the open environment around you. The great outdoors is where your mind will adopt a more spiritual rather than materialistic approach to life. Anything with fresh air, walks or being near water or growing your own plants, food or vegetables is absolutely for you for it is these simple things that cause you to feel calm and peaceful within yourself.
