You've acquired a lot of practical experience and now you're starting to build on something that is permanent, which leads to a spiritual satisfaction but also a material gain so you're combining the two together. You are going through with this because you realize that it is more or less guaranteed. It's very positive and will offer sufficient security for you, otherwise you would not have gambled. You must be seen to be acting with common sense at all times and this is backed by experience rather than fantasy.
