You already have the knowledge and experience to make this happen. You must feel you're of serve to others and that you are dutiful. Things must work in an orderly fashion for you. Chaos will result in fear and withdrawal for you. Whenever this happens you have the sense to remove yourself for a few minutes to just look at what you should do next. You cannot think straight when others are around you. You need the privacy the quiet and the solitude, the isolation, to work through it for as long as it takes even if it involves a short break you must take the time out for the answers are there. You just need the privacy to think and feel what to do next.
