You may have to take a bit of a pay cut as a result but you have got the experience of being of service to others and you have great personal empathy towards other people. But you're just feeling bogged down in the system. Yes, there may be a sacrifices to make here but you know it's necessary for you're feeling that things are not at easy when it comes to work. These experiences are helping you to move on and learn a little bit more about yourself. You may have to suffer a sacrifice in order to learn your true happiness. Particularly when it comes to matters of your financial security and where the environment you're working in should really be.
