So it's time to go on an economy drive and to watch every penny. It is certainly a time for you to feel that you're totally in control and that you're not wasting or spending money anywhere unnecessarily. This is tough, but the more you scrutinize it, the quicker it will be over for once you are back in control of your spending you'll be in a position to start having some fun and some choice as to what you want to do. The Hanged Man works in close conjunction with the planet Neptune and that is about lifting the burden of material existence and experiencing something greater with more satisfactory results on an emotional and spiritual level. It's about knowing what you don't want, as much as what you do want.
