You can easily get out of this. All you have to do is be very logical and very clear of your get out. Stop worrying about the effect on other people. It's time to be a little bit selfish and you must take control for yourself and on behalf of others for it's no good pretending it's not happening. The Emperor is requiring that you take full control over this situation and that you must be very disciplined for and on behalf of other people. The Emperor suggests you're working on just your own energy, but for a group of people. You must be the father figure here. You must nurture everybody and make sure that his or her best interests are taking to heart. You must be the boss. Now, you're clever and your logical, all you have to do is deal with this in a matter of fact way and consult anybody who is necessary, for any professional advice and use it wisely, making decisions as a team.
