People need time to do exactly what they can do in their own time but you have this desperate need to see everything turn into reality right now so you must work on the temptation and weakness to try and control others and the pace in which they work. A way of out letting this extreme rage and possessiveness when it comes to matters of work or your project would be to take yourself to the outdoors for wherever you are physically working off and burning off energy you are calming down.
