You need to feel that you know your own mind well and decide whether you are comfortable working in the atmosphere and the environment that you're involved in at this moment in time. However, you have such subtle diplomatic skills, that could be put to good use somewhere else. Have you thought about this? Your energy and drive is so refined that possibly you need to think about some voluntary work where your idealism can be used in a positive context to fight for people who are less fortunate in standing up for themselves than you, maybe some charity work or some voluntary help would be excellent to consider where your future lies.
