Celebrate Spirit

Written by  | 26th March 2026

Spirit loves to be celebrated, and when we take the time to honor them, something truly beautiful happens. They become present in a way we can feel—through the stories we tell, the memories we revisit, and the joy that rises in us when we speak their names.

Every laugh we share, every moment of gratitude, every recollection of how they touched our lives becomes an invitation for them to draw closer. In those moments, they are not gone; they are alive in the energy we create, the love we remember, and the connection that continues beyond the physical world.

Spirit thrives in the vibration of celebration. Laughter, joy, movement, and openness are all ways we bridge the gap between here and the other side. When we celebrate life—our own and the lives of those we’ve lost—we create a frequency that Spirit can meet us in.

This is why we feel them most when we’re doing the things that light us up. When we take the trip we’ve been dreaming about, when we say yes to the relationship that feels right, when we step into the new job or opportunity that excites us, we are aligning with the energy Spirit uses to guide us. They cheer us on as we grow, expand, and choose joy.

Spirit is always guiding us, always loving us, and always acting as our biggest supporter. Their presence is subtle but steady, nudging us toward what’s meant for us and away from what isn’t aligned.

Sometimes that guidance shows up as delays, detours, or unexpected pauses. These moments can feel frustrating, but they are never punishment—they are protection. Spirit slows us down so that everything can unfold in the timing that serves our highest good.

When something takes longer than we hoped, it’s often because the path is being cleared, aligned, or rearranged in ways we can’t yet see. Instead of resisting the delay, we can choose gratitude.

Thanking Spirit for the pause shifts our energy from frustration to trust. It acknowledges that we are supported, that we are being looked after, and that the timing of our lives is not random—it is intentional, loving, and divinely orchestrated.

When we embrace this, we move through life with more ease, more faith, and more connection to the unseen support that surrounds us.

The next time life throws you a curve ball, look up and say, “I know that was you”. Spirit is always there, we just need to keep moving forward living our best life.

Spirit wants to see you thrive, not be in an energy of grief and sadness. That is why we are blessed with good memories and the ability to laugh and spread joy.

The next time you are missing your loved one, think of a memory of a time that made you smile or laugh. Maybe a time that they gave you a warm hug. Your energy will shift and you will feel that hug.

We can all connect if you allow yourself to feel the joy.
