What spiritual skills do you have?
I have many to be honest. I have always had the ability to see what is hidden, unspoken or unseen, what I mean by that is sometimes what people say, is not what they are truly thinking. Everyones life can be challenging at times, and often a person can hide behind a mask that they have felt they have had to wear in any given situation in their day, just to get through the day. There is no right or wrong in this, for example, sometimes a person may do this to spare the feelings of another. I can see beneath the masks, to the soul. I hold deep spiritual compassion for all people from all walks of life, I understand why people do the things they do, or say the things they say, or maybe try and fill the voids they fill, even when they don't know why themselves. I see all the layers of an individual and also how they were shaped, I see their fears and insecurities etc. I believe this ability comes from true compassion and empathy.
When did you discover your gifts?
When I saw my first spirit, I cant say exactly, it was a long time ago now, but I would have been around 6 years old. I remember screaming for mum, because it was only the head a shoulders that I saw floating past, I think it traumatised me then to be honest.
It wasn't until much later in life when I was around 20 and I attended the Arthur Findlay College at Stansted, (a spiritual college) that I learned that it takes a lot of energy for spirit to manifest fully. But growing up I thought everyone else could do what I could do, and could see what I could see. It was at that college that I was tutored by some of the best mediums in the world back then, to control my gifts and enhance them. It was also there that I learned that I was not only a medium but a physical medium.
What tools do you use within your readings?
I can read with just connecting to a person without any tools. But over the years I have grown to love tarot, as Clairvoyance was the first gift I was given, I am a visual person, and I love the artwork in Tarot cards. I first learned the meanings of each card, then very soon after I was getting intuitive messages, and even though my clairaudience opened up long before using tarot, I found that somehow the intuitive tarot reading defined it. If I read something from a card that wasn't quite on the mark, spirit was quick to jump in and correct me, with their clear spoken word. Bare in mind, words are thoughts, thoughts are energy, I specialise in reading energy. I say this for those of you who may not understand, a person who has crossed from the living to spirit obviously has no physical voicebox to speak from, so they communicate to me with their thought (energy). I can read and decipher that energy in to words. I also read the energy of the forever shifting planets in our universe, which led me to seek and study astrology. Believe me it is very accurate and I love it too.
How long have you been giving readings for?
I was unknowingly giving psychic readings from around the age of 6, guiding and helping everyone, I didn't even know how I knew a lot of things. Then at 14, I got more serious about the esoteric. Then at around the age of 20 I started giving professional readings. Now I am 53 years young.
What prompted you to start giving readings?
I had a deep deep calling to help anyone that was sad, troubled or suffering, and somehow I knew what was wrong with them, and that I could help. Looking back I now see that I was a channel for something much bigger that just me, something much more knowledgeable and profound.
What’s your most memorable psychic experience?
Sitting on a platform on a chair with a table in front of me, in front of an audience in a controlled environment, and witnessing the table levitate 3 feet off the ground. It was that day I learned I was a physical medium.
Why should a client choose you for their psychic reading?
They should choose me, because I care! More than you will ever know. It is my belief that a healer can only truly heal when they have walked in the shoes of the suffering, and suffered themselves. Nothing shocks me, I do not judge, I empathise, and I truly understand. When I look back at my life, spirit had been preparing me all a long. To know, to have compassion and to help.
What advice would you give to those customers contemplating their first reading?
Try to relax and be open to everything, I have found that energy builds as a reading is progressing, and also some peoples lives are complicated, and have layers of energy interacting and blending with another layer. Give the energy a chance to settle, and I am sure that you will receive more than you originally called for. Most importantly breathe and enjoy it.
Are you typical of your star sign? If so, how?
Very much so, in Western astrology, I am an Aquarius rising. The water bearer and the humanitarian. With an antenna that reaches far and wide. I help those that this world step on, and make sure that everyone is treated fairly no matter what your back ground.
I love helping those less fortunate those that society tends to kick to the kerb, and forgets about.
What do you do for fun outside of psychic readings?
I read an awful lot about anything esoteric, and the mechanics of the mind, and I have a strong interest in the human anatomy and healing. I don't surround myself with people, I prefer my own company, as I often get my greatest clarity in my own company. I do help a lot of people but then need to retreat to recharge. I love nature and being in it, and I enjoy watching supernatural movies. I like peace, I suppose being a type of empath, as there are many types, I enjoy listening to the quiet.
