What spiritual skills do you have?
I read Tarot and Oracle cards and work very intuitively. I’ve been doing this for many years, so I tend to read the cards alongside what I’m picking up around the situation.
When did you discover your gifts?
I’ve always been quite intuitive and remember seeing auras as a child, but I really started developing it properly in the 1990s when I began working with Tarot and holistic therapies.
What tools do you use within your readings?
Mostly Tarot and occasionally my very old playing cards, with a dash of Oracle or Angel cards, whatever guides me at the time. I use the cards as a guide, but I also work intuitively with what comes through as we’re talking.
How long have you been giving readings for?
I have been reading Tarot and playing cards for 35 years altogether, both personally and professionally.
What prompted you to start giving readings?
My gran was a card reader and a healer, so I grew up around it. I loved how the cards could help people make sense of what was going on and see things from another angle. It just grew naturally from there.
What’s your most memorable psychic experience?
One of my most memorable psychic experiences was strongly sensing that someone was in a very difficult situation before they had told me. As a domestic abuse advocate, that experience became a huge turning point for me as a professional reader.
Why should a client choose you for their psychic reading?
My readings are warm, honest and down to earth. I don’t believe the future is set in stone, so I’ll look at what’s going on, the choices around you and where things may be heading.
What advice would you give to those customers contemplating their first reading?
Don’t worry about having the perfect question. You can come with something specific in mind, choose not to say much at first, or just tell me what area of life you want to look at and we can go from there. Keep an open mind, relax and try not to overthink it. You’ll often hear exactly what you need to hear. Think of it like having a cuppa with an old friend ~ comfortable, honest and without judgement.
Are you typical of your star sign? If so, how?
Oh definitely! I’m a Cancer with a Pisces Moon and Virgo Rising, so yes, in quite a few ways. I’m intuitive, protective, very home-centred and I love nature and the changing seasons.
What do you do for fun outside of psychic readings?
I love anything creative, being outdoors, folklore and old traditions. I’m also really into herbs, oils, crafts, journaling and making embroidered Tarot and Oracle bags. I’m a journaling coach too, so writing and reflection are a big part of my life.
