I have had premonitions and prophetic dreams since I was about 3 years old, but early on it was discouraged by my mother, who was a very Christian lady. I have been able to tell if someone was lying since I was about 4 years old. My gifts as a tarot reader have developed since the early 90s, when I started reading for myself and then for friends. I have only allowed people to call me a psychic since 2021, while I was working as a tarot reader on the phones, and realised I was seeing the answers to the questions I was being asked Before I laid out the cards. Since then, the cards have been simply a way to confirm what I can see with psychic vision.

Along with my psychic abilities, I use mainly the Osho Zen Tarot, a very useful deck that parallels the traditional tarot meanings with a Zen teaching for each card. I sometimes use The Universe Answers Deck for simple yes/no questions to check what comes up in a layout.

I first learned the tarot in 1990-91 by doing readings for myself. I first started reading for friends in 1992. I have worked professionally as a tarot reader since 2020.

Since the early 90s, I have done tarot readings every time one of my friends was worrying and had no way to get an answer by ordinary means.

My gifts are hereditary, from both sides of my family. Both my mother and her mother have had regular prophetic dreams throughout their lives. When I was 16, my grandmother was dying of liver cancer, the 9th case on record. I woke up very early one morning, thinking someone was calling me. I switched the radio my grandmother had given me, and found out it was 4.55am. I went back to sleep. A few hours later, I woke up, went straight to my mother’s room and said: “Nan’s gone!” At that moment, the phone rang - it was my Aunt Mary, ringing to say that my grandmother had passed away, at 4.55am.

Work out your question as clearly as possible before bringing it to a reader. I've said it hundreds of times to scores of clients: "A clear question will get you a clear answer!" Conversely, a messy question will make it difficult for the reader to do their work. The best way to clarify a question is to have your feelings about it worked out as clearly as possible. If you have a lot of emotions invested in the situation, this will also obstruct the reader from giving you a clear answer that makes sense to you. Clarity begets clarity!

I bring calmness and clarity to all situations. My father taught me Critical Thinking when I was 6 years old, so I have all the right habits for making sense of the world and the people around me. I'm a natural Empath, very good at sensing the emotions of the people around me. I have a filthy habit of telling the truth, which I balance with kindness and empathy.

I embody the Scorpio's powerful intuition and loyalty. I think it's that intuition that makes us such dangerous enemies and splendid allies! The second symbol of Scorpio is a snake, and this symbolises the Scorpio's powerful ability for self transformation and regeneration. Scorpios are thoroughly responsible and highly self critical - if you find yourself with a Scorpio for an opponent, it's because they have realised that You are the problem! ;)

Reiki Master - capable of distance healing, Reiki teaching and attunements. Certificate in Traditional Holistic Medicine from City Lit., Holborn. 2003-4, including classes in Reflexology, Tui Na (accupressure massage, using the same pressure points as accupuncture but without needles), Chi Kung, T’ai Chi, On-Site Massage, Pranayama, and Gentle Yoga. Certificate in Holistic Massage from City and Islington College. 2004-5, including Anatomy & Physiology. I learned Indian Face Massage independently, and it works like magic! The first time I gave it to my then girlfriend, she looked so much younger that she was asked for I.D. (i.e. to prove she was older than 16!) when buying tobacco the next day, in the shop where she always buys tobacco, and she was 38! I assisted a friend through three years of her Counselling degree, so I have the permanent habit, in all conversations, of listening carefully then reflecting what I hear. This has become fundamental to my way of communicating, and may be the source of my nickname: Doctor Mardi!

I am a Multi-Instrumentalist Musician. Music is Life is Music is Life is Music. I play guitar, bass, drumkit, percussion and am trained as a vocal coach. I'm studying music production and piano. I believe making music is the best therapy, and recorded music is the best medicine. There is music for every feeling you have ever experienced and I am sure there is more besides! Everything that is real can be described with music. In the first chapter of The Silmarillion, by Tolkien, the writer of The Lord of The Rings, the Genesis of Middle Earth happens when the Creator, Iluvatar, asks his first children, the Ainur, to make music in response to a huge piece of music he makes for them. When they have completed their collective musical response, he says to them: “Behold Your Music!” and brings forth the world of Middle Earth. I believe this to be a perfect analogy for our world, made from music!
