What spiritual skills do you have?
This is a question that is pretty hard to answer. Many of us get messages from spirit but are not able to recognise it. I have been encouraged from a very young age to decipher that which is thought to that which is sent. Thought sounds and feels different. Messages sent from spirit sound like the person they are coming from. They have accents and they send their feelings along with them. I can sense the feel of the person and can sometimes pick up a smell.
When did you discover your gifts?
I discovered my gift at a very young age. At 4 I saw spirit animals sitting on the banister just outside my room. By the time I was 11 I was telling people about their relatives who had just passed as I often saw them, with them. My grandfather came to visit 2 days after passing. Stood at the bottom of the dark stairway as I was going down for a drink. Scared the life out of me. I can still hear him laughing as I jumped back into bed. He always was a torment, bless him. My Grandmother on my father’s side taught me tarot, tea leaves, and the crystal ball.
What tools do you use within your readings?
I use the Tarot cards as more of a medium than an actual tool. They give me an outline of the question and I get my spirit guide to help me fill in the rest.
How long have you been giving readings for?
I have been reading for friends and family for over 40 years. I have had experience over the phone for over 5 years now.
What prompted you to start giving readings?
I just wanted to help people. Sometimes in life we get problems that weigh us down so heavily, we really need some help to cope. At other times it might be joy, but it comes with the fear, of where is the fall.
Why should a client choose you for their psychic reading?
If they want an honest, no nonsense answer to their question, I’m your Woman. I don’t sugar coat, but then I don’t work without empathy. If I can’t connect with you I will say straight away. I let you talk if you want to. I am really not shockable, I’ve seen a lot of life in my 66 years. You will not be judged by me or my readings.
Are you typical of your star sign? If so, how?
I am a Cancer through and through. Very much a mother figure. Hard on outside, squishy in the middle. I love with all of my heart and protect those I do love fiercely. I can be crabby at times but never to clients. I cry when hurt emotionally. I can cry alongside others through empathy. My biggest hate is saying goodbye to family after a visit.
What do you do for fun outside of psychic readings?
I play with my dog, look after my birds and my lizard. Feed and observe my tarantula.
Study white witchcraft. Go on holidays. Read good books and sit in the garden or go down to the river.
What advice would you give to those customers contemplating their first reading?
Don’t overthink it. Get a clear question in your head and ask it. It might be what does. Think of me or how’s my new job going? Will I find love soon? Whatever it is please let me know with a quick yes that I’ve got it. That’s all I need to know I’ve connected with you. Relax no one is going to judge you.
What’s your most memorable psychic experience?
I’ve had a few. Ghosts, poltergeists, you name it. Even had one warning to leave a property for safety. The ones I love best are the ones where I am chatting to a client who wants to hear from a loved one. I say it will be very soon as we never know the exact date and time. Then their mobile rings or the house phone, which ever they are not on at the time, and bang there that person is right there on the phone. Spirit can never give an exact time. There is no time at all in their realm.
