Navigate Transitions Easefully

24th August 2016

Welcome!

Seems we are all experiencing transformational changes these days, all over the world. It’s a transformational time in history, for individuals, communities, nations, and the planet. More people are waking up to expanded perception, and those who were already awake are experiencing deepening perception. With these awakenings often come deeper challenges in the form of deep transformational changes. So how can you empower yourself, and enjoy these transitions by making them smoother?
Simple steps can be taken to facilitate smoother transitions. The simpler, the better, in many cases. Small things within your control that can be easily incorporated into your daily activities can have a large impact on the overall picture. “You can’t change anything without changing everything.” – Luisah Teish

You have the power to embrace change by taking action. Try changing your usual routine. Here are some easy to incorporate suggestions:

1.Eat with your non-dominant hand.
2.Take a different route to a usual destination.
3.Change your nighttime routine. Support your transition between wakefulness and dreamtime by taking more time to wind           down before sleeping.

Other factors that support change, especially when your spirit is growing, are:

1.Drink more water. Add a little squeeze of lemon juice to the water.
2.Breathe more deeply, all the way down past your navel, as soon as you awaken.
3.Interact with plants, especially flowers. Acknowledge their beauty.
4.Watch and/or play with a baby; look into their eyes.

Remember that although you cannot control everything, you remain in your own driver’s seat. You can control how you respond. When we take the time to consciously respond, even if it’s the time for one inhalation and one exhalation, then we avoid hastily reacting. That’s empowerment.

Again, these are very simple, easy to incorporate actions that anyone can take. They apply to everyone, from novice to adept. Little things add up. Try it and see what shifts occur; see if you at least feel like more of a participant in your own life changes.
