Look After Yourself

I don’t usually share such thing about myself but I feel that this was an interesting lesson and I should share it with my Ask The Answer family.

Two years ago I was in an awful state with gallstones, something I wouldn’t wish on anyone!  In a previous blog I told you all about putting in you cosmic order, this worked for me and I got my operation on the 1st October, how ever this was after a stone moved from the bladder and blocked something causing me to go jaundice, yellow is not my colour!  

After Christmas I started to really suffer with chronic fatigue, I have had this on and off since I was 13.  This flare up lasted well over a year, I could hardly get my children from school, working was out of the question, my husband had to wash my hair, and I was a right state!  A summer without living was horrible!

Fast forward to that Christmas, my husband had a little accident on his bike, causing all kind of damage to his knee; he needed an operation, which he had in the February.  While driving him to the hospital I thought “I better make sure I re seal his aura after the op” then almost slapped myself.......................I had been walking around with hole in my aura over my sola plexus!  No wonder I was feeling so ill all the time!  Any energy I could build up was seeping out of me.

That night I resealed myself, and touch wood have been living a pretty normal life, I even managed a couple of Zumba sessions.

The moral of this little tale is, to always look after yourself, self meditation does wonders!  If you give too much of your energy away it will make you ill, so look after yourselves my lovelies.
