HOW LONG WILL MY PHONE READING BE?
If you have chosen to pay via your credit or debit card then readings are usually 20 minutes long and after the allotted time is up you are prompted to see if you would like to extend your reading. Your card is then authorised again and you are connected back to the reader you were talking to. This process only takes seconds and does not interfere with the reading. If you choose to pay for your reading using credits or on your telephone bill then you are in control as you will only be charged for the amount of minutes that you are connected (minimum charge 5 minutes).
