It's not a time to just hide and get yourself into a situation where you really don't want to go down that path. Now is the time for the sweeping changes to come into your world so that you can make a difference to how you want your life to really be. Perhaps now you've stripped yourself of all the illusions that's going on and your strength has increased for your realise that all your beliefs and knowledge have changed. There are positive effects, there are definitely things that are good coming out of this but it's really hard for you to actually see that right now. You know you've got to pick yourself up and dust yourself down and you know that you've really got to look at how you were living your life and what changes were necessary and you must be more honest and look at things with more integrity. You really do need to be strong right now for this is about change.
