By not communicating we fool ourselves and follow what we believe to be the truth. This is where confused and self deception takes place and causes unhappiness but the language is only one dimension of communication. You must be subtle enough to share your thoughts and feelings through a variety of communication such as body language and facial expression where you're sensitive enough to translate what's coming from the heart and is genuine and linking in to being highly intuitive and have empathy for the other's feelings.
