Whichever way you turn there'll be some self sacrifices to be made. This is necessary, for you cannot stay as you are, you want to change, you're looking forward to the future, It's just very disruptive. You must choose the smoothest path for you, but to know that a self sacrifice is probably absolutely necessary.
