Virgo Season - Time for a clear out and clean up

The Sun enters the Zodiac sign Virgo at August 24, 2014 and leaves it on September 23, 2014. Virgo is the sixth astrological sign in the Zodiac.

Seasonally associated with the end of summer and the onset of autumn, it indicates a period of change indicates a change and an easy ability to let go of past situations in preparation for future needs.

Virgo is associated with The Hermit, a major arcana card in the Tarot. It signifies a very subtle, inward quiet, where you find your guidance. The Sun Virgo time is a check-in with your own whole system, to refine things, and prepare for the descent of autumn.  So take to find that quiet place. You are able to then analyze the state of your health, relationships, and work life from a clearer point of view. Virgo is all about looking at the pieces of the whole. And when you're by yourself, you can ruminate on the pieces until practical solutions come into focus.

Virgo is associated with the busy preparations before winter, known in close-to-the-land cultures as Harvest time. There's an earnest get back to work vibe that inspires us to sharpen and line up our tools and stocks for the rest of the year.

It is the perfect period for a good clear out at home or in the office. Clear the decks to make way for the new, throw out all the unnecessary things blocking your positivity.  This could be old paperwork, cupboards stuffed with useless items and outdated tins and food.   This is also the time to pickle or jar supplies or dry out herbs.
Not just your surroundings but it is also the ideal time to give yourself a clean out, be it a herbal detox, fasting, colonics or sweating it out in the sauna.

Virgo's health vulnerability is the digestive system, which is why Virgos often seem to have delicate sensibilities with regard to what they eat. Virgos are nervous physically, but ruled by Mercury, the mental planet of communication. Sometimes Virgos take in too many pieces of information, and this leads to blockages in the digestive track.
If you follow these tips, you will probably find a renewed  vigour to start something new, try an exercise regime or prepare for a new project in the house or at work. 

There is no time like the present!
