CLEARING THE AIR, BECOMING MORE IN TUNE WITH YOUR INTUITION BY VIVAN

We all have innate intuition and psychic ability. Some of us are more in tune with our intuition and some of us block or ignore those feelings, but just because we ignore the feelings it doesn’t mean they don’t exist. So, the best way to become more aware and in tune with your sixth sense is to clear the blocks and accept the messages, sounds simple and it really is about being more open and listening to your inner voice, clearing the air.

I recommend working on focusing and tuning in just before you fall asleep at night. You are more at ease and relaxed so it creates a better environment. First of all, relax and clear your mind of all of the worries and clutter from the day. Second, focus on something you would like to know the answer to. Finally, go to sleep. If the solution doesn’t come to you the first night, it should by the third night. Usually you will awake with the answer or knowledge. Often, it will come to you while you sleep. The key is clearing your mind just before you go to sleep and focusing on the question. If you would prefer, you can clear your mind without asking a question and see what the night brings.

Sometimes people wake up with epiphanies and some realize they have had prophetic dreams. Either way you are clearing and opening up your intuition and allowing the flow of energy and information, like when a new channel or line is added to your television or phone, you have the opportunity to view and see and hear things you couldn’t before the channel or line was added. This is a clear and easy way to focus in on your natural intuition and help unblock blocks in your life.

You will find yourself communicating more easily and that goes for people and pets. Our pets communicate telepathically and the more in tune you become the more in tune you are with your pets and nature. When you are feeling overloaded and stressed the above kind of meditating can help you alleviate the burden and you will feel more rested and energized. You will be happy with the results and will have a whole new view on many things in your life.
