Affirmations for the New Year

As a new year and a new decade has begun I feel it is important to be mindful of how your path is unfolding.

It is time to acknowledge what you have left behind: old habits, old patterns and beliefs that no longer serve you.

Try and write down some goals so you’re making your intentions physical. Make a focus chart with pictures of the things that bring you joy and look to that for inspiration.

Be open to the divine guidance that is with you and all around you. Meditate, be present and spend time in nature as the stillness connects you to spirit.

Ask the angels to guide you and to show you signs along the way and be open to the synchronicities.

When you listen to your truth and honour yourself miracles start to happen. Set clear boundaries and create a beautiful space that is respected. As you respect yourself you will attract the best possible outcome.

Most importantly, BE HAPPY! Gratitude for what you have is the best way to bring more happiness
