Activate your Angels

Belief in guardian angels or spirit guides can be traced throughout ancient times. Every individual has an angel to protect and guide them however most of us are just too busy to listen.  So you may ask why don't angels come to a person's aid every time it's asked for?  There are times when your angel must stand back and let you work it out for yourself even though you still have their spiritual support.

A recent poll published in Time magazine revealed that 69 percent within a group of varying faiths believe in angels, and 46 percent of that group believe they have a personal guardian angel.   Angels can intercept at many junctures in our lives and help wherever they can to make our lives run smoothly.

They can inspire us and spur us into action; at others it is to lend us super-human strength. There are many instances where an event has been put down to coincidence or even a miracle, but you can be sure a guardian angel is working behind the scenes.  But how do you know your guardian angel or angels (you are not limited to one) are around you?    You may have a sudden feeling of warmth of comfort or in  times of sadness or grief, a gentle cloak wrapping softly around you. Other times you may feel a sudden rush of air created by the passing by of an 'angel on a mission' at the speed of light. This is often noticed at times of impending disaster. At other times, simply an inexplicable presence is felt.

My personal experience of my own guardian angels presence is when I do take the time to be in a quiet place mentally or when I really ask them to help me with an answer to a pressing problem or feeling grief.   My chief angel, as I call him will show me not only by feeling the love but with electricity too. This could be lights flickering or full power going off for a minute or two. This can be a very comforting feeling.
 
So how do you communicate?  I suggest make yourself comfortable by sitting or lying down. Be aware of your breathing and relax your whole body. Close your eyes empty your mind and create space. Let your angel know you want to connect with them and wait in peace and patience.   You are very unlikely to visualize your angel but you will feel subtle changes occurring. Light or colours behind your eyes may be apparent or a tingling sensation and a feeling of warmth.   If you want a clear message from your angel, think about it in depth and ask your question out loud. If your concern is about your love life, career, family or just day to day decision making, your angel will help guide you to reach the right outcome for you. You can even write a letter to your angel, as silly as it sounds this will help you state your question clearly and help you find the answer.
