The World is a card of personal success, of ambition and achievement; it's about the ultimate, being able to provide yourself with more worldly goods and expansion than you thought possible. It's also about travelling overseas and developing your talents in other areas. You have been working so hard that you've not had any space or time for anything other than work. Now that kind of imbalance within the body means you are not working and firing on all cylinders. That means the potential that you have for growth and expansion within your personal goals is limited so you're being asked to look to take a holiday to take some travel and to look at how you are working. Maybe you need to delegate and to learn to trust other people. Maybe it's an acquired skill and that it is just a matter of time until you find the right person. The right person may not come along immediately but you will learn that being able to delegate to someone else, how to explain what is necessary. Maybe this is the start of the new enterprise for you to do with work where you are able to delegate as a boss, pass over the reins to someone else, you'll have to learn to communicate what you want and to delegate your instructions clearly, precisely and not to try to take over the full workload once again. You have the capacity to work very hard. If you have a business of your own and you are struggling the rewards will come but there is a slight delay. It is necessary for you to look at expansion; maybe you need to take someone else on or maybe if you work with someone else you need to show that the workload is too much for one person and that an extra person is required to help or that your hours need to be cut. Start with taking a rest, a well earned holiday, that will help you recharge your batteries and have some tactics and strategies so that you can think clearly and logically about the best way in which you can expand and further your personal ambitions.
