If you're honest with yourself you'll know this has been necessary for some time and although you express your will and your desires in a very refined and gracious way you are always accommodating other people. You sometimes have difficulty when it comes to expressing anger but this just leads to frustration then you become anxious about how other people are feeling. Your initiative must be inspired by approval and feedback. You will certainly work well in a partnership where you are allowed to be your own person and work alone with the back up of someone else. The changes here are more mental than physical, for you've now got to refine your ideas by your need to cooperate with other people and look after yourself instead of always putting other people before you. It's time to defend yourself physically, emotionally, intellectually, and spiritually and see yourself as a separate individual or otherwise you will become what feels like a victim of life, full of bitterness because you are alone. It's time to determine your own goals and values and realise that work is not the be all and end all of everything for although you enjoy your own company you need to be satisfied by the inspiration of others. Within your work you've been recognised as good and first but you have a sensitivity to others and need to realise the acceptance of your own human limitations in order to make these changes that are necessary for loneliness has made you a little bitter even though you prefer your own company it is time to look at spending some quality time with quality project with like minded folk.
