Clearly you're out of sync at work and the struggles and daily setbacks are there to show you that you're in the wrong place with the wrong people. You're not vibrating on the same frequency as them and you do not have to stay there. Do not limit yourself or put emotional bondage situations upon yourself of 'I can't' or 'it's not fair' or 'I didn't mean it'. You can easily sort this out, all you have to do is look further a field, stay put until you find something that is best suited to the person that you are. It is about being connected with who you feel you truly are and that reflection of those around you is important. The Star card will help you. You need to just start doing the thinking and the research to find out where you truly belong. You indeed will make a success of your work and your career but not in the place you are in right now. The longer it goes on the more limited you will feel. It is important to feel that you are wholesome and the Star card is a card of healing, where you are getting back in touch with who you feel you really are and not having to adapt yourself to your working life and make such a sacrifice of every day.
