You need to make sure that you don't feel that you're not taking something that doesn't belong to you so therefore you need to make this progress by keeping going and keep persevering, you've got to duck and dive and you're going to have good days and bad days but it's all because you've had no clarity - you've been mixed up. you've felt that everything has caused you to be paranoid and unethical but you're making progress. Do it quietly, announce how you feel to the people that you feel you can trust or keep your intentions to yourself and go for some sort of professional back up of advice.
