You have chosen the moon and the 4 of Swords. This is the time for you to put your strength into reserve. It's a period of rest for you. It is time for you to do nothing. There's nothing you need to do that's physical. This is a time of recovery and retreat. You need some time out. You need a sanctuary. A little bit of a mini break for you've been doing so much that you're mentally and emotionally exhausted. Now if you're not careful you will also lead to being physically exhausted so it's necessary for you to take this break so that your physical well-being is not in jeopardy. You've been under a lot of stress and you've worked extremely hard but the moon is making you feel all over the place and that you'd rather be busy than be with your own thoughts at the moment but it's important for you to look at where you are for your emotions need an outlet. The moon makes us feel rather strange. Everything looks different at night when it's in the moonlight and things can be deceiving, deceptive. Things can look as if they are illusions and delusions to us and therefore when the moon comes into a spread this is how we feel. We feel all confused about our emotions. We deceive ourselves. We feel there is no clarity. We are so confused that we choose to day dream our way out of the situation, looking for an escape. This is to get away from the pain of the sadness and the confusion that we have regarding how we feel but this can make us reflective and it's necessary for these emotions to be reflected upon and to have an outlet. You're being asked to communicate how you feel and that means to yourself and possible even to others. If you feel that you want to be private you can write it down for your emotions do need to come out and need to be acknowledged otherwise you're going to feel that you're depressed and having some sort of crisis. This is because you're covering it up and you cannot keep pushing it back for it's making you moody and manic. Everyone's afraid to look at their own emotions for fear of being vulnerable and dependent but in actual fact the Sword family is all about communications and the Moon family is all about your emotions so you're being asked to talk about how you feel even if it's only putting your thoughts and feelings onto paper and then getting rid of the piece of paper once you feel satisfied that your emotions have been allowed to have an outlet.
