Some soul-searching of some self-worth would be good and you will need to reclaim the past by mourning for it and looking back on a wealth of experience, knowledge and wisdom by the integration of other people who are around you. It is time for some solitude and a retreat to look back and to accept that you're now going forwards and after this you can move forwards into a new chapter of life, because you have reclaimed the past and put it where it belongs: in the past. If you don't you will find that this matter hangs over you and you need to give it the time that it deserves to think about the things that have happened and come to terms with acceptance, for it is only by accepting your past that you can move on and invest in your future.
