For once, you try to help and things don't work out; they look to blame which is why you're feeling so negative and exhausted. Try to offer a comforting, listening ear and just agree with yourself that you are happy to listen but you must protect yourself for you have your own problems. You do not have to be unkind. You can offer a sympathetic ear but save your energies for the order and reestablishment of your own chaos within your own world without taking on board other people's troubles.
