You are reclaiming the past and looking at the importance of learning through experience and knowledge of those wise people who directed you to where you are right now and faced with the difficult decision with matters of work. You need to think how you would best be advised by this person. You are sometimes seen as somebody who is a bit of a recluse, a little bit lonely for this is what the Hermit is about, preferring your own company to that of others. But this is because the matters of your mind are quick and hurried and in need of constant stimulation so you need peace and quiet in order to think things through. You're a good leader and you work best on your own, you know this. You're very strong willed and you are indeed someone who is a bit of a task master but you work really hard and you can cut away from problems like a knife, making sure you're strongly focused on your goal. Some would describe you as lacking in emotions but you are someone who is just a little bit cutting when it comes to being a little sharp tongued. You need to learn to be a little bit more diplomatic, particularly when it comes to addressing issues important to those around you who may not be able to keep up with you.
