It has become a habit that you've become used to and you've been afraid to turn down any work for fear that it might not be there next week, and after all, who would do it; but it is making you feel that you're a bit of a martyr and that you feel sorry for yourself for you are simply tired. It is time to look at a fresh outlook and say that help is needed. All big empires have staff and you may not see that you are something like that, but if they need help why shouldn't you? Even if it's someone that only comes in on a part time basis, they can take over some of the pressure, not matter how small, even if it isn't directly associated with what you do. They may be able to take on one of the jobs that you don't get enough time to put your full effort into. Take matters into control by making a decision to not being a slave to your own success
