It does look like there's legal matters around this situation which could spell the need for a solicitor or a contract to be signed regarding a property so a house move looks like it's on the cards for you at some point. make sure that you've sorted out all the muddles, mix ups and the chaos before you start to try to move on for once you've got law, order and harmony in your life you'll be able to make the right choices regarding your property.
