Solstice Magic

The winter solstice is the longest night (22 December) and is a time of transformation and dreams and wishes. It's a time for that *Wake up Call*  when insight and creativity hit you.

It is also a time when there is often the need to make a fresh start preparing for 2017.  You can help the process along with this easy bit of magic for fun:

Cut a piece of white paper into a square and write in red ink the area of your life that you like to improve. Sprinkle Yule anointing oil over the paper, light a red candle then burn the paper into the candle flame - throwing your thoughts into the candle flame whilst visualising exactly what sort of change you would like to see. Throw the ashes from the burnt paper into the wind then forget about it
