Being In This Moment

BEING IN THIS MOMENT
As Humans we spend so much time allowing the past to define us and worrying about what the future holds for us, that we forget to be in this moment, the moment that is NOW.
Just take time TODAY to take a deep breath and commit to living in this moment. Try to clear your mind of any stuck energies, repetitive thoughts and actions and enjoy the art of just being.
Connect to Mother earth by placing your feet firmly on the ground to centre yourself, then raise your arms above your head and ask the universe to cleanse you of any thought and feelings that no longer serve your higher good in this moment. Ask your spirit guides/helpers and the Angels to help you reconnect to your authentic self and live in the NOW.
When you sense that connection, allow it to fill you with unconditional love and joy, and when you feel ready, just lower your arms and stamp you feet ,to ground yourself once again.
Thank the universe for their help and continue to enjoy this moment of just being TODAY.
