For 20 years! I started in my 20's when I happened across a a tarot deck and just felt called. There's no other way to describe it. I felt a magnetic pull to the cards. I started learning every single thing I could about tarot. I began reading for friends and was amazed at what was coming to me. I would read what the cards told me and discover things I had no way of knowing. I've found that if I trust the cards they will tell me what I need to know. It may not always make sense in the moment, but things reveal themselves in time.

I think a longer reading is better that a shorter reading for a first timer. That way we have time to get our energies in sync and the cards can tell you what they have to say. Relax, take a deep breath, focus on your question and open yourself to the wisdom of the universe. I think you will be pleasantly surprised. The universe is mysterious and wise and wants to help you on your journey.

I'm working my way through a list of 52 banned books. I'm also crafting leather cases for tarots decks that I'll sell at festivals. I'm recovering from double hip replacement surgery, but as I gain strength I'm looking forward to getting out hiking and skiing. I'm also working on actively improving my psychic gifts through meditation and working with my guides.

I felt the tarot had given so much to me personally that I wanted to share it with as many people as I could. When I first started out, I would drag my little wagon out to the local park and give free reading for charity. I was a great way to practice my gift, get outside, and get to know people from all walks of life. I still do it when the weather is nice. Once I started getting positive feedback about my readings it became a positive feedback loop. The more I did, the more I wanted to do! I read professionally in person as well as online. Being intentional in my readings and making sure I do it regularly keeps my skills sharp.

My psychic gifts present through tarot readings. That's how I best access the advice of the universe/my guides. I also have prophetic dreams, but they are rather unpredictable. I also access my gifts through astrology readings. It's similar to the cards. The alignment of the planets to a birth chart gives me a starting point and then I receive information from the universe that complete the puzzle.

I mainly use my tarot cards, crystals for energy clearing, and incense for opening the sight. Being able to put myself in the right brain wave state for readings is very important and I can achieve that state very quickly. I also like to get some astrological insights as well if the client is open to it.

I once did a reading for a client whose sister had passed. She did not tell me this and her only question was if her sister was happy. I very much got the feeling from the cards that her sister wasn't happy or sad, just that she was at peace and I let her know this. After she told me her sister was dead, I decided to reshuffle the cards with that in mind. I shuffled the cards very well and spread them out in from of my client and asked her to select another 3 cards. The client picked the exact same 3 cards! A chance of approximately 1 in 800,000. I very much got the feeling from the cards that the sister who had passed wanted her sister to know that she had been hiding drug use and that her death was an accidental overdose, not an intentional suicide. My client confirmed that her sister had died from an overdose and was relieved to know it was not intentional.

When I began reading for my friends and the insights, I would receive were unknowable without guidance from the universe/guides.
