Are you typical of your star sign? If so, how?
I'm a 7th house Libra sun. I find beauty everywhere, and I was married relatively early. Everything I see on a daily basis should be beautiful. I love to decorate myself, and I will admit, I am slightly vain. But my Ascendant is Aries, the opposite sign to Libra, and that comes more naturally to me. Intense, straightforward, unflinching. The child of the zodiac. Maybe I'm a little naive, but I believe in honesty, courage, righteousness, all those storybook traits that Libra might say are unrealistic. Mars and Venus both influence me, and hopefully, like Botticelli illustrated, they can find a harmonious way to coexist.
How long have you been giving readings for?
I've been a tarot reader for four years.
What advice would you give to those customers contemplating their first reading?
If you're looking for a reading, be honest with yourself. Tarot can help see beneath the mask and confusions of life. Comfort, clarity, and guidance can have a huge effect on your journey, but only if you meet your shadow self halfway.
What prompted you to start giving readings?
I've always had a skill for literary and art analysis, and I started reading tarot when a friend gave me a deck to see what I would make of it. At first I was sceptical, and used it just for fun, but very quickly the stark honesty and kindness that the deck could show me changed my outlook on life. I continued to read for others and saw the change that a reading could make for them. They felt seen and heard so deeply that they would remember for months. I found that it connected me to the people around me so deeply, so I knew I had to keep sharing.
What tools do you use within your readings?
I use tarot and astrology to understand your life path, emotions, career, or relationships.
Why should a client choose you for their psychic reading?
I'm straightforward and honest, but I'm still kind. Gentleness does a lot to bring your inner world out to the surface so you can better understand it. I'm non judgemental, and I believe you have complete power over your destiny through growing your confidence and with the right encouragement.
What do you do for fun outside of psychic readings?
I'm a multimedia artist, I really enjoy working with fabric and textiles, dressmaking, embroidery, leathercraft, crochet, even woodworking and jewellery making at times.
