About phone readings
Our phone readings service provides you the opportunity to speak with our talented tarot readers. All of our readers have had many years experience and are dedicated to giving you the best possible reading. Simply choose an available reader from the 'Phone Readings' menu and dial the phone number.
Which of the tarot readers can I call?
You can only call the readers marked as 'AVAILABLE', however you can use our text alert service which will text you the next time your chosen reader logs on to receive calls, simply call the number provided for the payment option you wish to use and enter the PIN number of the reader you wish to be alerted of when prompted.
What is the cost of the phone readings?
Premium rate calls cost 77p per minute and can last a maximum of 39 minutes, Credit Card calls are charged at £21 for 30 minutes and £39 for 60 minutes, at the end of your prepaid time you will be given the chance to extend your reading should you wish.
What cards can you accept?
We take all major credit and debit cards (including American Express), should you have any difficulties in entering your card details please call customer services on 0844 499 1327 or email help@asktheanswer.com
I'd like to know whether is there any way to pay for a phone reading service without seeing these calls on my phone bill?
Yes, you can use our Credit Card reading service, our PayPal service or the Call Me Now button.
How do I get a copy of Ask The Answer's FREE magazine?
Click on View/Edit Profile on the top toolbar and then choose the “Account details” icon and update your details with your name and address details.
I'm living outside UK, can I use this service?
Currently no, but we will be adding other countries to use our ‘Call Me Now’ service very soon. If your country is not listed yet please let our customer services team know and we will endeavour to make your area live as soon as we can.
I'd like to know if I can read the testimonials of other people about a specified reader?
All testimonials left by other Ask The Answer customers are on the individual readers profile pages, simply click ‘View Profile’ from their contact card on the main page of the website.
How can I tell you my opinion about a reader?
To leave a testimonial you need to sign up to our website, you only need to enter the details in step one of our sign up procedure to leave testimonials, however, should you have a full profile you will be reminded about all of the readings you have had automatically to leave feedback.
I have bought an email reading, how long does it take to receive my answer?
Naturally, due to the nature of the service, it may take up to 3 days to receive your reading. This is to ensure our psychics spend the time needed to answer your question as best they can. Usually most emails are replied to within 24 hours. If you have not received your email within 3 days of placing your order, please contact us at help@asktheanswer.com
I don't have an email address yet, can I get an email reading?
No, because you'll receive your response by email. Don't worry if you don't have an email address yet, there are many free services that you can apply for free, such like Google Mail (http://www.gmail.com) or Yahoo Mail (http://mail.yahoo.com)
